but all of a sudden, both party leaders in Congress are saying they want to work together.

Actually I hope they can sit down and give us a real budget, something they have not done for two years now.

Maybe for a short time anyway, they can actual govern instead of run for re-election.

Clinton's 2nd term freed him from the left and he worked towards the middle.
Reagan's 2nd term freed him to go after communism in it's home and in South America.
Will Obama's 2nd term free him from the Left or from the Right? It depends on where he thinks his legacy will lie.
