I know a 911 dispatcher down there. I was told a group calling themselves the "new black panthers" showed up with assault rifles. Protestors were being arrested because they were blocking the road, throwing projectiles at cops, as well as forcing their way into pedestrian vehicles. FWIW, in case you were wondering why so many were arrested. I was also told during her shift, she received 37 phone calls from people yelling "f*** the police" and "Black lives matter".

Very bad situation down there.

Yea, you know they have alarm clocks scattered about to remind them when its time to head to work. If they would all roll out with me at 3:30 in the morning they would be about ready to wrap the protest up.
