Maybe I shouldn't have thought in this position, but I've picked up on some recent concerns at FB (with Kody Walker moving to more TB), and I'm a little surprised. I know they are two walk-on's, but I've always felt good vibes from the staff on Chris Jones and Tyler Colquitt. Williams goes down, Walker goes to TB, and then we move Anthony Brown to FB. Coach Sings makes a comment that "today, we would probably go without a FB."
Maybe I'm misreading, but that felt like there was concern with Jones and Colquitt. I know we're stacked at DE right now, and maybe the staff is just trying to apply what they think is a good, overall talent to another spot. Maybe Enos' offense uses far less FB. I don't know. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see what we get from the FB spot this year.
