I'm wanting to see if this new staff...with their new schemes and energized coaching....can bring some players back to life...esp. on defense...and esp. at LB. Ones I'm really curious to watch this spring....
LB- Jemario Bell
LB- Giovanni LaFrance
LB- Gabe Richardson
LB- Alexy Jean-Baptiste
LB- Kyrei Fischer
LB- Dee Walker
LB- Grant Morgan
LB/DE- Michael Taylor
You add the above LB'ers to Dre Greenlaw, Dejuan Harris and Randy Ramsey....and signee Bumper Pool...plus one or two other possibilities....that's not a bad group whatsoever....esp. running a 4-3...and Chavis coaching them. I can envision a VERY solid 2-deep coming from this group.
Now...what becomes of youngsters like Munson and Paul...who are light in the britches, but can run...?? And do they move Bell, Richardson and/or Taylor down to DE....to get more speed on the edges ?? This spring is gonna be so interesting....and not just on the offensive side of the ball.
