Is illinois a possible Hogs recruiting ground?

I was thinking today, with CBB being very well known in Big 10 country, I wonder if he could use some of those connections to pull the 40+ 3* (according to Class of 2015 Commits on 247 Sports) and above Illinois area prospects to Arkansas.

So first, I saw that Chicago is only an hour flight to Fayetteville, thats a plus. It's only 9 hours to drive from Chicago to the Hill, thats a plus. Also I found out that alot of Illinois and Chicago area kids dont typically commit to their home schools. So my question is, is this an area that Arkansas could possibly look at to start pulling kids?
