I have been very happy with the recruiting of the new staff up until this point. However, every year at this time of year as the recruiting season comes to an end, we finish with a fizzle instead of a sizzle, and lose one or more of the more highly regarded kids we think will jump on board. I am anxious to see if this staff can reverse that trend and land some of those kids.
