After a 14 year break I am getting another Jeep, this will be my 4th. I'm looking for any advice y'all may have. For me half the fun of a Jeep is all the mods you can do to them.
I'm buying a 94 YJ 4.0 6 cylinder manual transmission from a buddy of mine. It is basically stock and was a grocery wagon for his wife. I am going to put a 3-4" lift on (in order to be able to accommodate 31-33 tires) and am going with the Rampage Recovery front and rear bumpers. I want to go with a after market header and exhaust system to open it up and let it breath.
I'm looking for any performance modification suggestions or warnings of things to avoid. I'm not going to be doing any drastic off road stuff. This is going to be a snow eater while I'm working in Wyoming and North Dakota. I work in some remote areas and have to travel some back roads when they close I-80, for example.
