He thought it would be a good idea to hire John L Smith. He hired Bielema, then gave him a huge buyout and extension after going 2-14 in the SEC. He is the one that marches his pompous ass out in front of the crowd and destroys the environment. I cannot believe that people still buy into his integrity bull crap.
