Is no one going to make the point that our players don't get excited to play in little rock anymore because our recruiting has fallen off so sharply from the area? The Houston Nutt days we were gased up and dominated in the Rock because of how deep we were talent wise with players from LR or near there. Those players were excited to play in their back yards in front of their families/friends that couldn't afford a NWA trip and made sure that it meant something to the other players from out of state. I don't know if the talent has fallen in LR or we just value getting recruits from out of the state more but the lack of players on the team from the Rock is a major reason LR games have our players so unmotivated. These players don't get and its not their fault, but playing in LR should mean something to the team if we are going to be successful playing their again.
