It was the same deal as Tuesday, members of the media were allowed in the first 20 minutes of practice (or four periods). Players were not in full gear, only shorts and helmets.

The starting offensive line was LT Brian Wallace, LG Hjalte Froholdt, OC Frank Ragnow, RG Jalen Merrick and RT Dan Skipper. The only change is that last practice Johnny Gibson ran with the first group at right guard.

Gibson was with the second group at right tackle. The second offensive line was LT Colton Jackson, LG Deion Malone, OC Zach Rogerson, RG Cooper Sone (6-2, 272 redshirt freshman walk-on from Fayetteville) and Gibson at RT.

The offense ran two huddles, a first and second group. Austin Allen and Rafe Peavey rotated with the first group, and Ty Storey and Ricky Town rotated with the second group. They weren’t facing the defense, but it is likely that was the plan after the media exited. That gives the defense more experience against up-tempo while allowing each offense to operate as normal.

The starting group of linebackers were the same with WLB Dre Greenlaw, MLB Brooks Ellis and SLB Khalia Hackett. The second bunch looked to be Josh Harris at WILL (which is a change as he previously lined up at MIKE), Kendrick Jackson at MIKE and Randy Ramsey at SAM. The next linebackers to come out (four at once in a drill) were Tyler Phillips (2015 walk-on from North Little Rock), Matt Reynolds, Dwayne Eugene and Nicholas Thomas-Smith.

There was a receiver wearing No. 32 who is not accounted for on the roster.

Receiver Drew Morgan was out there practicing today in a green jersey, as was running back Rawleigh Williams.

I'll have a lot more after practice when we've had a chance to speak with the players.
