Working on the story now, but Kiondre said he enjoyed spending some time on the Hill today. Coach Lunney and the staff watched his film recently and asked him to come up and check out a practice. FS Northside had a handful of guys come up (mostly younger guys), but obviously Kiondre was the one Arkansas was showing around and talking to. He'll be at the Hogs' camp in June.
Thomas, 6-0, 165, 4.34, has offers from Louisiana Tech and Tulsa, and his third should be coming later this week when he visits Arkansas State. In addition to Arkansas, he's now receiving interest from Mississippi State, Memphis, Indiana, Purdue and Charlie Partridge's FAU Owls.
Also, since this is the fastest instate class we've seen in a while, I asked Kiondre who would win if he lined up with Crockett, Hammonds, Jordan Jones and Brandon Northcross. He said Jordan would come in second, but thinks he would beat Jones by at least 3 yards. Spoken like a true cornerback, love it.
