Wonder how much that effects the teams motivation? It seems the team doesn't have ANY emotional leaders. Brandon Allen, Brooks Ellis, Bielema, etc. Soft spoken, laid back personalities. Last year Spaight and Trey Flowers were the go to guys. Before the game, during the game, on the field with their play. You could tell they rallied the troops and that other players followed them. This year it feels we're missing that as much as anything. Still don't feel we lack the talent to be successful. But we're being out schemed on a regular basis and don't seem to have a leader right now that can pick the team up when something goes wrong and or motivate them.
