First I was shocked to see that Tennessee ONLY signed 21 this year after signing about 40 per class,, it seemed,, for a few years before this 
People that gripe about Rankings don't always look at all the info.
Example was last year we were #25 but after the ranking we added 3 star OG Josh Allen and 4 star QB Ricky Town. Also RIvals had Alabama a close second to SoCal and I wonder if taking Town off the USC list might have moved Bala to #1.
While we were #25 last year, Ole Miss was #21 and Florida was #23
