Nothing particularly earth shattering - talked about a lot of the same points that he made in the Dream Job article posted yesterday. Some touching parts - had a lot of friends, family, former colleagues there. Very likable guy -- unlike his predecessor seems confident and comfortable poking fun at himself. One point Long made that seems key, to me, is that in addition to looking for a great X's and O's coach, they needed someone who could relate well to young female athletes, today and in the future. I think they had nowhere to go but up on that front, but he certainly seems quite approachable in a "corny, beloved uncle" kind of way. If you can access WatchESPN, you can see the whole thing here (it's pretty short). #WPS!
