As always, it was a shortened practice with just three periods of individual drills. It was perfect weather with sunny skies and temperatures in the low-60s in Fayetteville. Here are my observations:

~ I did not see Rocket Sanders at practice, which was expected. I also didn’t spot Dwight McGlothern, who missed the Alabama game for an undisclosed reason.

~ Both Chris “Pooh” Paul Jr. and Jaylon Braxton were in hoodies and not participating during the media viewing period.

~ Cam Ball and Al Walcott were both in green non-contact jerseys on Monday.

~ I stopped by to see the offensive line practice. Two players who have dealt with injuries are De’Von Manuel and Ty’Kieast Crawford, but both seemed to be full participants Monday.

~ LaDarrius Bishop did not participate in Monday’s practice as he was off to the side with a boot on his left leg.

~ Obviously the secondary availability is a concern. I’m not sure what’s up with McGlothern, but I’m sure they are hoping to have at least Braxton and Walcott for this weekend. Bishop’s injury is new, so I’m not sure what happened there.
