Saw this trailer last night before seeing Bridge of Spies. Is about former Texas football player Freddie Steinmark. He played in the Game of the Century, and it's a pivotal point in the story. James Street's son Justin is playing his dad, and Jordan Shipley plays Cotton Speyrer. Aaron Eckhart is Darrell Royal. Andy Skelton is playing Frank Broyles - Skelton was the starting tight end for Converse Judson High's championship game against Dallas Carter in 1988 - the season/area of TX HS football that the FNL movie is based on.
As I was watching MNF tonight I saw a new trailer for it, haven't found it online yet, but there's a fleeting couple of frames of what I believe is the scene where Randy Peschel makes his big catch in Fayetteville.
