First thing I am not trying to be a sunshine pumper or a downer, just as I see it. CBB takes who he sees as the best fit size and speed wise. he doesn't look at stars or just look for the underdeveloped, under recruited player. He looks for the player that has the intangibles he is looking for, which at times happens to be a player others have over looked or passed over because the aren't touted as heavily. We as fans, me utmost are ticked because he didn't go after xyz player that looks like they could start today and make us dangerous. But as he has said before looks beyond the field alone. He looks at the field plus, academics, personality, attitude, drive, and most of all respect for authority. all those intangibles I think is hard to find in just any 17-19 year old kid these days. so in the end he takes kids he feel best fits his criteria and us fans cringe until we see if he found a good one or not in a year or two.
as we all know he seems to have a 50-50 record and they are either somewhat big hits or just horrible misses.

those are my feelings on our recruiting, agree or disagree.
