New CBB rule changes. Will they help UofA?

I really don't believe that they go far enough but it's a very good start toward improving the flow of the college game, which has been a problem for a long time and will hopefully help MA's style be more successful/consistent. Jay Bilas suggested on Sportscenter that the NCAA should wholesale adopt International rules (24 second clock, wider lane, deeper 3 line, etc) which I find interesting.
