I'm okay if we shake things up on the offensive side of the ball. They can replace Kennedy with whoever and it will be an upgrade. But if we plan to replace Smith and Guiton they better be young hungry coaches who can recruit. I don't want to hear names like John L Smith, Garrick McGee, Kris Cinkovich and Chris Klenakis as the replacements because "they know Bobby's system". That's the stuff that gets Bobby in trouble 3 or 4 years down the road when the talent runs out because they can't recruit.
