According to Adam Zagoria, a NY based bball reporter, we offered Kyle Alexander, a 6'10 post originally from Canada and currently at Orangeville Prep, the same school as Thon Maker.
According to some quick research, stock has been rising the last few months. Has a few reported high major offers like Pitt and Auburn. All other offers are A-10 like schools. Super long and athletic. Only been playing bball for 3 years.
I wouldn't take this report to the bank. I also wouldn't draw a conclusion in the timing of the report. The only thing I'll bet on is that we've been in contact.
