Based on averages right now and everyone coming back comes back. If we get a 10% increase/improvement that takes us to roughly 70 ppg not counting the 5 newcomers.

You can make an argument that we are pretty sound offensively right now and that's without a true 3/4 that plays a lot of minutes. I'm also confident saying that where we need the most work/improvement is defensively. Jabril is going to be a loss defensively but while Ant has improved. Not much loss there from a defensive standpoint.

I know Barford and Macon pride themselves on defense but not sure if Cook and Dro Bailey are great at D. Anyone got stats on them? Defense is desire and I'm sure they have that.

Are we really going to need the 5 newcomers to be that great next year? Without a doubt this team will be deep and absolutely help in the uptempo game. Say Manny goes back off scholarship- what else do you want to add?

We will have 3/4 guys in
Thomas JR?
Dro Bailey FR
Trey JR
Cook JR

5
Moses SR

2/3
Manny SR
Whitt SOPH
Beard JR
Doobie SOPH
Barford JR
Macon JR
Hannah SR

I say we add another 3 and 5. Trey can cover the 5 but we definitely need one more.

With that said- how productive do the new guys need to be offensively? If we improve on the glass and defensively that in itself will improve our offensive Production.

My biggest point of contention next year is Ton having a score first mentality and it's a big concern.

Thoughts?

Also- Moses and Manny are the only Seniors next year. We've already got Moses replacement locked up in Gafford so Mike really has a chance to get some balance corrected in these next two classes.
