I assume the ship has sailed there because you haven't mentioned Arkansas having any interest?. I notice that he didn't sign early but is still listed as "committed" to Utah. In a weird twist Utah ended up signing Ty Jordan after a last minute "decommit " from Texas (I obviously think that was encouraged).
