Sorry everyone after going at it hard all meet I took last weekend off. Needed it to recharge after a few so-so days. Doing the numbers everyday is pretty time consuming, so was burnt out a bit. To make it up to y'all I got the sheets for Oaklawn, Gulfstream, and Tampa Bay, so I'll have picks from all 3 tracks.
RACE 1 - 3 4 5 2 7
Part of me wanted to try and beat #3 Sail Maker with #4 Unbridledcharacter, but the possible bounce factor with him was too much. Not to mention stretching out for the first time, so I landed on the chalk #3 Sail Maker on top. He's best off numbers but it's close, so it's the extra ground and especially the addition of blinkers that have me expecting a big performance. If you look at his races in the stretch he looks to be playing around a little bit. Blinkers should have his mind on that wire. #4 Unbridledcharacter came back off a long layoff and ran great. If he improves off that race he will be right there, but with a step up in class that's a lot to ask. 5 2 7 all have things going for them as well.
RACE 2 - 2 4 7 1 3
I like #2 Tensaw quite a bit. Throw out his last race on an off track, where he never runs good, and his numbers are tough to beat. #4 Prime Number and #7 Jack's The Won worry me because it's going a flat mile, and both have more tactical speed then us. If we can just get a little pace to run at he should be flying late. 1 and 3 both have shots off numbers. 3 horse is 20-1, so a good horse for exotics.

Im taking a bit of a shot with #9 Comic Band at 15-1. In his last start he was coming off a 10 month layoff and bore out and blew the turn, so you have to throw it out. He was bet down to 5-1 that day and Santana jumps back aboard. His numbers from last year put him right there. Only other one is #4 Funtobefast. Could be a good race for a big 9-4 exacta box. I'll say in this race odds board will tell a lot. If 9 is 5-1 or lower I like our chances.
