Has anyone seen this documentary? While I admire his want to protect wildlife, it only took the first 15-20 seconds of the film for me to want him to be eaten by a bear (he eventually does, spoiler alert). That feeling only got reinforced the more I saw of him. Similar to the guy that "Into the Wild" is based off of, Grizzly Man is a self centered, self righteous, probably mentally ill, spoiled douche that eventually paid for his own stupidity. I'm a big time nature lover and liberal, but I've never understood the glorification of these two guys. At least Grizzly Man managed to live 12, almost 13 years in the Alaskan wilderness in and around Grizzlies. The similarities between these two is striking to me. I admire their love of nature and want to get away from cities, but almost everything else about these two is annoying as hell.
