My guess is he'll track Randy Shannon over the next three or four years. He should be a HC.
But he'll make his way back through co-DC (in reality if not in title), assistant or associate HC,
and into HC or a super-pay lateral move. Meanwhile. the benefits to the Hogs will be manyfold,
including recruiting (he'll be far superior to Shannon in that regard, as well as in other aspects).
