I heard these two at a gathering in LR last night. HY was brief, but did elaborate on his hiring of Sam and Cal. SP's was simple, but Calipari's was funny. He went into hotel in Phoenix,and was told to look for a man in a Phillies shirt. He spots the guy and the guy asks if he is the Arkansas AD. He then shakes hands with the guy and a room key is pressed into his hand. He goes up to this suite, enters the room, and then Calipari enters from another room, and the offer is made and accepted. HY is thinking ''Is this how they do it in Italy''? lol. SP talked longer, and made a point of saying that he is working with Mateos on the offensive line. After Mateos was hired, he told SP ''you should have done this 4 years ago''. SP says we are going to be a good football team, but I'm not drinking the koolade on that.
