Now, I don't pay attention to +/- at all because I think it's just not a useful number...usually the leaders are the team's best offensive players (Arkansas' 1-2-3 are Hannahs, Durham and Bell) and those at the bottom are usually reserves. But I have noticed that Anton Beard's +/- has been at the very bottom of Arkansas' roster (currently +0.75 per game), which probably isn't a good thing because he'd being relied on to do things - mainly offensive things. And I can see why - it just seems like the offense slows down when he replaces Durham. Pretty noticeable, to me at least.
