How big of a part does he play in identifying prospects and then making sure they are legitimate prospects? Also, how big of a role does he play in making sure we are making good decisions when it comes to recruiting practices and techniques? Does CBB need to take a look at this position and make sure we are developing and promoting a good image to recruits?
