FB Recruiting Report: NCAA recommendation to extend dead period to April

Dennis Dodd reported last night that the NCAA will decide on an extension of the dead period next week. It would go through April, which would be more than a year since coaches and recruits could see each other in person.
The signing periods are expected to stay in place
