Legendary Arkansas journalist Bob Holt passed away, according to Wally Hall.
They don’t make them like Bob anymore. He was one of the few universally loved guys in this industry. He was nothing but good to me for five years even when he had every right not to be given his status. I’m truly blessed to have called him a friend. Bob was the type of guy that would go out to get drinks with some of us in the media, not have anything to drink and then pay for everyone. Just an incredible human and someone I will miss dearly. Praying hard for his friends, family and coworkers. This has been really tough on a lot of people.
