Anyone ever seen anything like this?
I can honestly say I have never ever seen anything like this. My earliest Arkansas basketball memories are with our crowd in reunion arena in 1990 chanting "we want Duke". That was a very long time ago. We were in for an amazing run during that period with Nolan.
I've been watching college basketball for a very long time and I've never seen anything close to this where all 16 league teams can actually make the NCAA tournament. Everyone is good and everyone has good wins in the non league section of the schedule.
I guess the team or teams that will be left out of post season will be the ones that struggle to get wins in SEC play. Every single one of those 18 games will be a huge game and getting league wins on the road will be an event. You truly cannot look up and down our schedule and say "oh yea that's a dub". Our team has a high ceiling. I think we will be okay. I believe we can go on a solid run if we can just get in. My worry is that our rotation is just so short and we've been so banged. I have doubts that we will be in one piece by the time March rolls around. Hopefully these next couple weeks we can mend then start rollin when we get to Knoxville on 1-4.
