If you don't critique your performance than you will never get better. There is some seriously good improvements to be listed here. There are also still some WTH moments. So spare me the "you would complain about anything". Run a business and be satisfied with where you are. That will get you real far..... so, here we go

The Good-

After going down 14-0 to start the game my brother and I noticed Bret gather all of the main coaching staff together. He was obviously getting on them and laying down the law. IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME! Oh, and it worked. Surprise surprise surprise. Thank you coach for being the leader on the sideline. He was still too subdued for me but this was by far the most involved BB has been on a sideline at the UofA. Did anyone else notice him drop the "I called that play brother" in the presser about the 3rd down pitch out to Alex that iced the game? He killed another call Ill mention later. It is clear he was not going to be called out by our fans this week for being just another spectator again. Good for him. One game isnt enough. Keep it going!

We relied on our run game in the 3rd and 4th qtr to wear out UTs D and dictate the game. Brandon made some throws but when it was all on the line we ran unless it was a large yardage to gain on 3rd. We won the game. I'll leave it at that.

We forced Dobbs to stay in the pocket, limited their run, and make long passes to attempt to convert. We won.

The line was good but Alex was on another level. What a performance. He had to make 30+ defenders miss on the night. His best night in Razorback uniform IMO. Truly a special performance.

Our WRs just get open, catch the ball, and get positive yards. Credit is due to the WRS and their position coach. Many said we could not win with them. They have done their job and we'll beyond for a bunch of back ups.

The Bad

We continue to allow our LBS to get matched up on slot receivers and top tier RBs that can catch and run. Butch was just too dumb to see it. We shut down their run but left the LBs in on 3rd and long or obvious passing drives like UT'S final drive with 80 yds to score and nothing but a TD would do. Thank God Tennessee's coaches are seriously that dumb. Hurd to the flat or a slot just underneath the 2nd level over the middle was open all night. UT hit the seam twice that I can remember. They never went back to it. They played right into our hands. We have to fix our LB coverage and replace them vs 3rd and long etc. We cannot stop a 5 wide look with a qb that is any good at all

Special teams. Just terrible. Nothing else needs be said. Get it fixed.

We were seriously about to run the wild cat in the red zone with icing the game on the line? Seriously Dan? Thank you BB for actually getting involved and killing that idea. It had turnover written all over it.

I've praised Bret a bit ITT.... WTH was he thinking with the 2 min clock management before half. UT was forced to punt with around 2 1/2 min and instead of calling TO we allowed the clock to run out. Simultaneously for the first time in my life BOTH sets of fans were booing their coaches at the same time.
