1. Have CBB, Franks or anyone concerned about the paucity of qualified instate recruits
initiated any program to increase the number of Hogs from AR in future years?
2. Isn't this a matter that could properly be taken up with the Governor or the legislature
as an integral part of local educational improvement and be included in the state budget?
3. Shouldn't the Razorback Clubs take a more active role locally in improving the situation?
4. Would it be in order to encourage more student transfers to schools offering opportunity
to obtain football coaching and educational assistance to improve college qualification?
Perhaps Trey or Danny have some thoughts about these things.
