St. Patrick's Day Traditions?

Anybody have any unique St. Patrick's Day traditions? Drink a Guinness? Feel the need to hit a pub? Fly a kite? My mom used to serve us green eggs and green milk for breakfast when we were kids. No reason, just wondering.
