Having trouble getting the story in our admin so I'll paste it here for anyone interested in more on who all's going to Dallas Sunday:
The Rivals Camp Series rolls into Dallas this weekend, and several of the Natural State's best will be competing against top prospects from around the region.
At least seven from within the state have confirmed they plan to participate in the event, which begins at 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning at Cedar Hill High School.
One of the most anticipated prospects in attendance will be the No.1 player in the state, defensive end McTelvin Agim of Hope. Agim, a four-star prospect and a member of the Rivals100, has built one of the most impressive offer lists in the region. That list currently includes the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Oklahoma, Clemson, Texas, Baylor, Stanford, LSU, TCU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Notre Dame and Arkansas State.
Another four-star defensive end from south Arkansas is Pine Bluff's John Tate, who, like Agim, will be making his second trip to Dallas for a RCS event. Tate's list is made up of Arkansas State, Houston, Louisville, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Monroe and Ole Miss. He is also receiving interest from Arkansas, LSU and several others. Tate is currently rated as the No. 2 player in the state and the No. 231 overall prospect in the nation according to Rivals.com.
Tate's teammate at Pine Bluff High, athlete David Beasley, will also be in attendance this weekend. The 6-2, 190-pound defensive back/wide receiver holds scholarship offers from Arkansas State, Houston and Louisiana Tech while also being evaluated by Arkansas, Ole Miss and several others.
Smackover speedster Jordan Jones, a wide receiver who has already chosen the Razorbacks over Tulsa and Alabama, will also be on hand. The 6-2, 175-pounder has 4.37 speed and should be a main focus during the camp's one-on-one session.
Arkansas' latest instate offeree, T.J. Hammonds of Pulaski Robinson, hopes to improve his ranking at the camp, as well. Hammonds, who is listed as an athlete but can play wide receiver or running back in college, has been blowing up with new offers as of late. His list currently includes the Razorbacks, Oklahoma State, TCU, Arizona, Arizona State, Duke, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Monroe, Marshall, Tulsa and Vanderbilt.
Bearden offensive lineman Samuel Williams attended last year's event and is headed back to Dallas this weekend. Williams, 6-6, 290, owns an early offer from Louisiana-Monroe.
Rounding out the confirmed list of attendees is Fort Smith Northside speedster Kiondre Thomas, who owns an offer from Louisiana Tech. Thomas, 6-0, 170, 4.3, is being recruited as a cornerback and return specialist by most schools, including the instate Hogs.
It appears Little Rock Christian running back Damarea Crockett will have to attend the St. Louis camp in May, while new Arkansas commit and RCS veteran Austin Capps of Star City will not be able to attend the Dallas camp due to his baseball schedule.
HawgSports.com will be on hand to deliver complete coverage of all instate prospects as well as other notable Arkansas targets from Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
