Was glad to see DiCaprio win for best actor. Though I STILL haven't seen the Revenant, I have felt he was deserving in other roles and is probably one of the top five actors alive right now. Although if he were going to discuss the environment and global warming I wish he would have at least briefly discussed the cattle industry b/c most Americans just think the answer is to drive a Prius.
I haven't seen Spotlight, but I did find it strange that Mad Max would win category after category after category but not take best picture. I only saw two of the nominated best pictures but at some point I'll catch up to most of them. Only saw Mad Max and the Martian.
