We have recruits that visited all over the country. Start by putting them in a room and asking them what they liked about each school and visit. What needs to be different and charge them with the task of setting up their own weekend. DO NOT have the coaches in the room with them or you probably want get the truthful answers. Have it moderated by a GA or x player, someone they would feel comfortable around. When finished do not require names by suggestions. Might be surprised about what you might find out.
