The Town Decision

I'm curious as to his decision (1) to leave USC, and (2) why Arkansas was his choice. Not a knock to the kid at all. I welcome him fully to the Hog family. I'm just confused as to his seemingly sudden exit & why he wanted to come here. Apologies in advance if I missed it in another thread.
