I'm really impressed by the way our newcomers interview. They seem like a bunch of well-spoken, high character guys. I don't think Bielema is just blowing smoke and using the Uncommon men thing as a gimmick, I think he really pays attention to the type of people these players are. Aside from that being a good thing because you want your team to present itself well in public, I also think it's important because high character, hard working players are likely to put in the hours and develop throughout their career. We may have a lot of 3 star recruits, but if they work hard and dedicate themselves to the team then they can turn out better than many 4 or 5 star recruits.
