Three distinct differences

There are three distinct differences between our current football coaching staff and the last two regimes.

1. They are not going to be outworked in recruiting. They are relentless. It doesn't mean that they are going to get every guy we recruit. But they work harder than any other staff we have had. MFBP was one of the worst recruiters ever. Nutt recruited slightly better than him, but that bar is so low it can be tripped over.

2. We will bust out the checkbook to hire the top assistants in the country. Wow, what a massive shift that has been. In the Broyles days when an assistant got a bump in pay to take a lateral position at another school that was seen as a good thing. It meant we had made a good hire if all these other schools wanted our guy. Now we aren't afraid to make a guy the top paying assistant at his position.

3. We will sh*tcan the coaches that aren't cutting it. Ash had one of the most timid and spineless defenses in Razorback history. He got sent packing after one season. With Chaney it took two. We suffered through three years of Willie Robinson. Shibest hung on for a decade. This is a very big change for our program.
