The WET wonderful World of Horse Racing was kinda miserable last week but then I wake up to rain here in Central Arkansas this morning. The NWS is calling for a 30% chance of rain tomorrow.
Oaklawn works in a tight frame for it's timely meeting, any slow time or down time really costs them, thus last week took a big plug out of their total annual take in, $$.
