Are these guys graded? Does the SEC ever dismiss an official for a low grade (Like the NFL)? I know year in and year out I see the same Referees, Tom Ritter, Penn Wagers (I think retired), etc. but I am not familiar with all the other officials at the other positions. Just curious if there are any consequences for incompetent work.
