I've watched off and on player interviews and I probably look for things other than what they say as indicators of the players, what they're talking about subject wise, and so on.
The last two days I've watched them all the way through. All the guys that have been made available have had a confidence about them that's not always been consistent with all the kids who do these. They've also been impressive with how they're talking about the younger guys (they see what is being done well, what they need to work on) and the culture of the program itself.
I recognize the caliber of players we are looking to get on campus and the character of the players who will help reinvent this program in a way we are wanting it to be. However, I think we have a lot of kids on campus who may not all have 4*'s in their profile but have a really high IQ and are going to help us be even more competitive than last year and years before.
It's exciting to see this kind of program development. I hope everyone is taking note of the changes and folks are proud of what's going on before us.
