We know who he is as a recruiter and as a system coach.
Looking at his history his worst seasons as a head coach were his 2nd at Mizzou and 1st at Arkansas.
Once he made the tournament at UAB and Missouri- both schools went to 3 straight tournaments under his watch. Meaning he never missed the tourney again at those two schools.
Just a question. We can speculate on the current players and whether they can improve enough or not but until this team misses then why can't some be optimistic with his history without being labeled?
