Bail to the NFL in the near future? I love what the guy does, but there are a huge handful of coaches that do what he does, and lots of em aren't head coaches anymore. I think Bielema loves molding young men into something, I think he loves to recruit, I think he loves everything about college football. Things that you can't get in the NFL. GMs make the final call in the draft room, not the coach. Good luck "molding" some spoiled ass receiver (Dez Bryant) that makes more money than you. Good luck getting people to show up on time and stay longer than they're supposed to.
