The Arkansas Razorbacks are already hot on the recruiting trail, as North Texas offensive line transfer Ethan Miner has confirmed to HawgBeat that he'll be receiving an in-home visit from the Hogs on Wednesday.

Miner confirmed that new Arkansas offensive line coach Eric Mateos — who was officially announced on Monday after leaving the Baylor Bears — would be visiting "around 8:00."

A junior for the Mean Green, Miner played a total of 884 snaps and finished the 2023 season with an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 82.8 — the highest in the country for a starting center.

The 6-foot-2, 296-pound transfer also had a pass block grade of 88.3 and a run block grade of 79.4

Prior to his time at North Texas, Miner played for Arkansas State from 2020-22. There, he played a combined 1,969 snaps and averaged a 56.0 overall PFF grade.

Miner also told HawgBeat that he has family in Arkansas, so coming to Fayetteville "would be ideal." With starting center Beaux Limmer likely headed to the NFL, Arkansas needs an immediate impact player to snap the ball.
