After a disappointing 4-8 (1-7 SEC) season, head coach Sam Pittman and the Arkansas Razorbacks have the daunting task of revamping the roster to be more competitive in 2024.
One major way of tackling that problem is using the NCAA transfer portal. With an open window from Dec. 4 to Jan. 2, 2024, there will be plenty of time for the Hogs to contact and land difference makers ahead of next season.
With an ever-changing landscape that can be difficult to keep track of, HawgBeat has decided to put together an in-depth list of players receiving interests from coaches, assistants and staff members.
HawgBeat breaks it down with a hot board, notable portal entrants, players with Arkansas interest and more. At the bottom, you can see portal entrants who have been followed on X (formerly Twitter) by Arkansas coaches, as well as Pro Football Focus grades for each player listed.
This is a living document, and we will continue to add and update this story with more names and their statuses as the transfer period continues.

HawgBeat Transfer Portal Hot Board: Offense
— Copeland trimmed his list of top schools to eight on Nov. 2 and took an official visit to Fayetteville for the Missouri game. He's been active on social media about the Razorbacks.
— Abor is a former four-star Rivals250 recruit out of Duncanville, Texas, who the Hogs were in on out of high school.
With no defensive tackle commitments in the high school ranks, expect the Hogs to address that position through the transfer portal.
— Griffith has had solid success at Harvard, and in three seasons has totaled 132 tackles, 33.5 tackles for loss, 13.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles.
— Cook's best season came in 2022, when he made 23 tackles and 6.5 sacks.
— Watkins confirmed to HawgBeat that he is interested in Arkansas. At 6-foot-4, he's a big defensive back that racked up 21 total tackles and an interception this season.
— Wilk told HawgBeat on Saturday he was interested in Arkansas, and said some of the coaches had asked about him as well.
— Seabourn, McRay and Chambers all confirmed to HawgBeat they were interested in Arkansas.
The Hogs will need to be active in the linebacker room, as they've already lost three at the position to the portal: Chris Paul Jr., Jordan Crook and Mani Powell.
— Mackey entered the transfer portal out of Arkansas State, where he posted 84 total tackles, two sacks, a fumble recovery and a pass deflection. It would be a quick jog over to Fayetteville for him if that's what he decided to do.
— Coll has had a long career at Ball State, but only appeared in two games this season due to a lower left leg injury against Kentucky on Sept. 2. For his career, he's posted 259 total tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, two interceptions, seven pass deflections, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
— Thompson told HawgBeat he is interested in the Razorbacks, but has yet to be contacted by the staff.
