HawgBeat's recruiting rewind series will feature a look back at all of the Arkansas football recruiting classes dating back to 2002, which is as far back as the Rivals rankings go.

The series will go in order of class ranking, which spans from 61st nationally to 16th nationally.

In the eighth edition of this series, we will be covering the 2014 recruiting class. After finishing the 2013 season with a 3-9 overall record, head coach Bret Bielema had the daunting task of convincing high school prospects that the season was an anomaly, not the norm.

Bielema did just that. Even after what ended up being his worst season as head coach of the Razorbacks, Bielema still managed to pull in the 29th overall recruiting class according to Rivals.

Out of 25 commitments, 11 decided to transfer. Among those was Rafe Peavey, a 5.8 four-star quarterback from Missouri, who never lived up to expectations during his college career. After failing to play for Arkansas, he transferred to the Chad Morris coached SMU Mustangs, where he backed up future Arkansas quarterback Ben Hicks.

For his final season of eligibility, Peavey decided to play for offensive guru Lane Kiffin at Florida Atlantic. He finished his career with 263 passing yards and one touchdown.

Defensive back Henre' Toliver, offensive lineman Frank Ragnow, defensive back Josh Liddell and offensive lineman Sebastian Tretola were just a few of the freshman that made an impact during the 2014 season, one in which the Hogs went 7-6 with a bowl victory over Texas.

Below is a look at all 25 commits from the 2014 class, the MVP of the class, who transferred out and where each ended up.
