one thing I noticed is that it is not the carbon we are using so much, but the carbon that has been embedded for thousands of years in that Arctic and Antarctic ices that is now melting. And the world's oceans have risen measurably in the last ten years.

But it does seem to me that the objective scientists are now convinced we are on the edge of a substantial change.

Politics aside, then, us going green now might help some folks a couple thousand years from now. But it looks like the warming will continue and I have seen predictions that by 2030 there might not be any Arctic sea ice in summertime, none at all. That, I consider a change.
