Here’s a longer version of what lead up to them chasing him. He was repeatedly assaulting people and when they fought back he pulled out his gun and shot them. It’s not self defense when you instigate.

talking more in terms of the shooter's mindset. If you see a knife, you would likely pull your weapon and fire. At least I would. No telling what you would do. Probably try to hold hands and sing a song with him.

That knife will go a long way in determining the shooter's fate. Likely will have charges dropped as it is clearly self-defense if your attacker has a knife.

It doesn't matter that he was being an åsshole and possibly physically assaulting protesters. All it will come down to is the fact that he fled the situation, and was attacked at a numerical disadvantage with blunt objects, with one attacker apparently wielding a knife. If someone assaults you and flees, you don't have the right to chase him down and physically assault him. If he had held his ground and started shooting, maybe it would've been different, but he was clearly trying to get out of the confrontation by the time he pulled the gun.

I would suggest the protesters were performing a justifiable citizens arrest due the criminal assault the poosie with a gun carried out on women. Therefore it is a clear cut murder case.

Well, depending on the dates, it was probably advised by every medical organization in the world due to the virus.

It's either that, or you can go to the Trump rally in Tulsa where they make you sign a waiver that says "Oops, you got Covid, you can't sue us!!"

One candidate is trying to play it safe, the other isn't.
